Production Outline

As a Producer and Project Manager, I constantly keep searching for ways to improve efficiency and communication within my teams. One of my efforts is the creation of the document below, detailing a Production Outline that would be added to the Game Design Document for a hypothetical game project titled "Thorn."

This document details how assets would be tracked, how tasks are allocated and managed, and basic detailings about Thorn as a project.

This is followed by Sprint header placeholders that would be filled by the team creating Thorn, or any other project. This document was created with the idea in mind that it would help craft the production of Thorn if it came into fruition, or any other title.
